Navoire is operated by Egger AI Studio. We build AI-powered platforms for coaches, consultants, and trainers.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use Navoire:

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed).
• Coaching business data: your onboarding answers, services, pricing, branding preferences, and client information you enter into the platform.
• Booking and payment data: session bookings, payment amounts, Stripe transaction IDs. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment processing.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and performance metrics to improve the service.
• Calendar data: if you connect Google Calendar, we access your availability to prevent double-bookings. We do not read or store the content of your calendar events.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Navoire platform (building your coaching site, managing bookings, processing payments).
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, session reminders, trial notifications).
• To generate AI-powered content for your coaching business (marketing copy, website text) using the information you provide during onboarding.
• To improve and optimize the platform based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To communicate important service updates and changes.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Active accounts: data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• After cancellation: your coaching platform is paused. Data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted.
• Account deletion: when you delete your account, all your data (profile, clients, bookings, content) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Payment records: Stripe retains payment records independently per their own privacy policy and legal requirements.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: request deletion of your data. You can delete your account from Settings > Danger zone, or email us.
• Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. Cookies

Navoire uses minimal, functional cookies only:

• Authentication cookies: to keep you signed in (Supabase session).
• Stripe cookies: for payment processing security.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No cookie banner is needed because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, row-level security in our database, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. We regularly review and update our security practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Navoire after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
