Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Navoire is an AI-powered platform that builds and operates personalized coaching platforms. When you sign up, our AI agents create a complete coaching website, booking system, payment processing, and email sequences tailored to your business. The platform runs 24/7 on your behalf.

Navoire is operated by Egger AI Studio.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Navoire.
• One person or entity per account. You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans and Billing

Free Trial

• All plans include a 14-day free trial.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan.
• If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your platform will be paused (not deleted).

Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in USD.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice by email.
• A commission on client payments applies based on your plan (Starter 5%, Growth 3%). This commission is automatically deducted via Stripe Connect.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings > Subscription).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
• After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
• You can reactivate your account at any time during the 90-day retention period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Navoire to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Sell illegal products or services through your coaching platform.
• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) through the platform.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than operating a legitimate coaching, consulting, or training business.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: you retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to Navoire (services, descriptions, images, branding, client data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
• AI-generated content: content generated by our AI agents (website copy, marketing text, email sequences) is created for you and belongs to you. You may use it freely.
• Navoire platform: the Navoire platform, code, design, and branding remain the property of Egger AI Studio. You are granted a license to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
• Feedback: if you provide suggestions or feedback about the platform, we may use it to improve Navoire without obligation to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Navoire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, although we aim for 99.5% uptime.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the content of your coaching services or the outcomes your clients experience.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Navoire available at all times but may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (hosting provider outages, internet disruptions, etc.).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Navoire after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
